  • Developed a parts optimization platform with architecture designed for rollout across multiple manufacturing facilities.
  • Built duplicate and tolerance-based clustering algorithms to optimize small parts selection and identify reusable components.
  • Implemented BoM analysis with interactive factory layout visualization using Konva.
  • Reduced client-side computation time by about 70% using Web Workers and implemented virtualized data tables using TanStack Table for efficient large dataset rendering.
  • Designed role-based access control with a multi-tenant model for separate factory environments, and resolved sub-path deployment issues involving Next.js routing and Kubernetes ingress.
